When I type:

wind speed is converted to km/h in incorrect way:

The bug isn't related to conversion from miles to km. When your default language is set to Polish, Google service gives you wind description formatted according to rules used in Poland.

Few examples of wind descriptions:

Language	Wind description
Arabic (ar)	الرياح: جنوب-شرق بسرعة 14 كم/ساعة
English (en)	Wind: S at 9 mph
Polish (pl)	Wiatr: płd. z szybkością 14 km/h

I made patch. The conversion for wind is removed because, it's very hard to maintain different parsers for all languages supported by Google.

I found another bug. The icon used to indicate weather condition worked only with English language. I fixed this bug with additional query. I made tree screenshots so you can see how results looks in different languages.
